As all our fabrics are cut to each customer’s specifications we do not accept returns unless the fabric is found to be faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you use our sampling service to make sure a fabric is perfect for your needs. Samples are not refundable or returnable.
When we are preparing a customer’s order we check the fabric for any flaws, but we are human and very occasionally a flaw can be missed.
Please inspect your fabric thoroughly when you receive it and before you wash or cut it.
Please note that we cannot accept faulty fabric back once it has been cut out.
If you find a fault please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
If a fabric is found to have a fault we will refund the return postage costs.
When returning a length of faulty fabric for exchange or refund please ensure that you retain your proof of postage.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that have been lost in the post and do not arrive back to us.
